Article is looking for an exceptionally organized Project Manager to join our team.

We are a small, senior team that works with ambitious founders and globally recognized brands. You’ll be deeply involved across projects from kickoff through launch, working closely with designers, developers, and clients to keep everything moving smoothly.

We actively use AI as a productivity and quality tool across project management, documentation, research, and internal workflows. You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you should be curious, adaptable, and excited to work alongside evolving tools.

What we’re looking for

You’re calm under pressure, obsessively organized, and quietly confident. You enjoy bringing order to complexity and helping creative teams do their best work.

Specifically, you have:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, thoughtful communication, written and verbal
  • The ability to anticipate issues and solve problems before they escalate
  • Comfort working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing timelines, scopes, and deliverables

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in an agency or fast-moving startup environment
  • Strong Notion skills, especially building and maintaining systems
  • Comfort using AI tools to support planning, documentation, QA, and workflow efficiency
  • Curiosity about emerging tools and willingness to test and refine new processes

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the day-to-day management of active client projects
  • Maintaining and evolving our Notion workspace, including task boards, documentation, and client hubs
  • Assigning tasks and deadlines, and following up to keep projects on track
  • Coordinating client communication, scheduling, and meeting agendas
  • Using AI tools to summarize meetings, draft documentation, surface risks, and improve clarity
  • Editing and proofing client-facing documents and presentations
  • Supporting QA and testing of digital deliverables when needed
  • Assisting with time tracking, resourcing, and client billing support
  • Identifying opportunities where AI or automation could improve internal workflows or client delivery

The role

This is a full-time contract role, expected to run approximately 12–14 months. There may be opportunities to extend or evolve the role depending on timing, team needs, and fit.

This role is 100% remote. Article is based in Toronto, Canada, but we work as a fully distributed team.
